Project Director   University degree in Civil or Architectural engineering from well-reputed universities. MBA is a plus.   15- 20 years of experience in the Construction Sector with minimum 10 years in managerial positions such as Project Director or Project Manager or related having specific experience with prime General Contracting companies in the Gulf on iconic high-profile building projects; he should have actively participated in the execution, delivery and completion of such projects.   Responsibilities   Will be responsible for managing and controlling all construction related activities of the project under his responsibility. Will coordinate the work of the Project Manager and the Construction Manager. Will elaborate the project plan and the construction schedule in a cost effective manner. Will handle all the project documentation and provide guidance to PM/CMs to collect the information about the available Technical, material, administrative and human resources. Will oversee the project expenditure progress and make sure that it aligns with the preset budget. Will review the construction progress and interact with clients, consultants and contractors to take necessary corrective measures.
