Crystal Networks is Recruiting a Sales Engineer in Lebanon interested candidate please submit your CV to Job Description: The work of the Sales Engineer falls under three categories Per-sales, sales and eventually Post-sales. His duties consist of:  Understanding customers' business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;  Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications of our products i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed;  Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;  Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;  Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of our products;  Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events;  Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of the systems and networks, both before and after the sale;  Meeting sales targets set by the management;  Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;  Handling hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues;  Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;  Managing his own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;  Liaise with the management and technical team in Beirut on a daily basis. Qualifications : University degree in IT 2 years’ experience in technical sales Industry related certification are a plus i.e. CCNA, MCSE, CSE... Fluent in French and English written and spoken
